To Nicholas Morgan. I am an ex-addict, nearly an ex-person. Your stories, especially the 2nd one conjured up the awfulness of the experience for me again, not sure whether I'm thankful or just plain sad. The loss of friends who didn't manage to get clean is something i have found very difficult to cope with, but at least the ones who i could never imagine being comfortable with growing old/up have escaped the fate of the rest of us...to continue. No regrets. Thanks for putting it up there.

P.S. Viva Deborah Swain!!!!!!!!
